With over twenty-seven years of experience in the Charlotte market, George has represented clients in numerous commercial real estate transactions including: office space leasing, acquisition and disposition of large office buildings, leasing retail shop space, acquiring and selling shopping centers, leasing warehouse space, acquisition of large industrial facilities, selling raw land for residential, retail and industrial development, and providing investment analysis and other advisory services.

George began his real estate career in Jacksonville, Florida in the early 1970s. He moved to Charlotte in 1985 as General Manager with Koger Properties, Inc., a national developer of office parks. He was responsible for the development, leasing, marketing and management of two Koger Office Parks in the Charlotte market.

Joining Percival’s Inc. in 1995, as Senior Vice President of Investment Services, George began to focus on providing a full range of commercial brokerage services for corporate and individual clients.

In 2005, Linville Real Estate Services, LLC was formed and continues to provide clients with the utmost in professional and experienced representation.
